PayPal is perhaps the most widely known system of electronic money transfers and one of the first of this kind to establish. Sending/receiving payments is very easy to do, all you need is the email of the receiver, while payment processing takes place immediately. Another useful feature is that you you have the ability to accept credit card payments through PayPal, something very useful in the case you have a private business. Commission levels are reasonable, but of course this is rather subjective so we would advise you to take a look at the corresponding page in order to avoid surprises.
